With over twenty years of unshakeable experience in the real estate sector, Barış Ölteş leads Brick & Fortune's Turkey operations and manages our Istanbul office.
The foundation of Barış Ölteş's success in real estate lies in the strong academic discipline he gained from the Faculty of Political Science, Department of Finance at Istanbul University. By combining this strategic educational background with hands-on experience on Turkey's most iconic residential projects, he has developed a rational, data-driven advisory model for investors.
His professional journey began at Soyak Yapı, one of the sector's giants, delivering vision projects comprising thousands of units. This strong start was followed by expertise in upper-segment residential and luxury villa projects under Aziz Yıldırım International Construction. During the Empro Real Estate Consulting period, we combined corporate discipline with an investor-focused boutique service approach and delivered many successful portfolio management outcomes.
Throughout his career, Ölteş has managed projects across a wide geography from Bursa to Alanya at Koray İnşaat, and as founding partner and Broker at Realtyworld he has kept his finger on the market pulse; most recently, as Sales Manager on Neva Prestij - Vizör Group's large-scale project in Kartal, he guided hundreds of investors to the right choices.
Today, leading Brick & Fortune's Istanbul arm, Barış Ölteş continues to be the trusted gateway for our investors in Turkey to the London market, through financial discipline, local market expertise and a solution-focused management approach.
